WACO, Texas — Evada Cooper, the author of the RV Centennial Cookbook, announced today that the cookbook is back in print and available through Amazon.com.
The book, which had previously been published by Texas State Technical College’s publishing division, has been unavailable since the middle of 2012 when the college shut down the publishing operation. New copies of the book had been selling for upward of $400. Today, the book lists for $24.28.
