PA: Campers ‘rough it’ on Fourth of July

(July 5, 2018) -- The Scott's knew they'd be 'roughing it' by camping in the Tobyhanna State Park, but they weren't expecting this. "The wheel barring on our truck broke down," explains Renee Scott of Maryland.

TOBYHANNA, Pa. — The Scott’s knew they’d be ‘roughing it’ by camping in the Tobyhanna State Park, but they weren’t expecting this.

“The wheel barring on our truck broke down,” explains Renee Scott of Maryland.

The Scott’s live in Maryland. With no transportation and no cell service, they were stuck in the middle of the woods.

“We’ve been here since Saturday… stranded!” Scott says.
