MA: Couple’s road trip measured in memories, not miles

(July 17, 2017) -- The Kypryczs were nearing the end of a six-month cross-country RV journey in their 30-foot-long motorhome. They had departed Western Massachusetts in November to chart a circuitous route to reconnect with family and visit national and state parks, historic sites and scenic wonders across the United States.

The folks back home in Western Massachusetts were facing the likelihood of a blizzard.

Kuprycz and husband, Igor, had stopped for a few nights at Fort Clinch State Park, Fernandina Beach. But, as Kathy sorted her collection on a picnic table, she admitted she missed “friends and family at home.”
