(Oct. 12, 2018) -- More than 150 travel trailers are in place at South Common Park in Lawrence to accommodate residents who have been without gas for nearly a month.

BOSTON, Mass. — More than 150 travel trailers are in place at South Common Park in Lawrence to accommodate residents who have been without gas for nearly a month.

At three additional locations throughout the Merrimack Valley, more than 200 trailers are also being put into place.

Officials say the priority is getting gas service restored and people back into their homes, but Columbia Gas has projected that some may have to wait until November 19, more than a month away.
