(July 5, 2018) -- At Levi Jackson State Park, the campground was full Tuesday. For some families, camping is a tradition for the holiday.

LONDON, Ky. — The heat and humidity are packing a punch ahead of July 4th.

At Levi Jackson State Park, the campground was full Tuesday. For some families, camping is a tradition for the holiday.

“My sister and my niece and my great-niece and nephews we all camp on the Fourth of July,” said Ed Patterson, who set up his camper at the park.
