(Dec.15, 2010) -- A man who is living in his RV in Alexandria, Ind., faces eviction for breaking local laws and has his property up for sale.

Indiana resident facing eviction plans move

ALEXANDRIA, Ind. – WISH is reporting 72-year-old Dick Thompson’s fight may soon be over — his land is up for sale.

Thompson faced eviction from his 38 acres in Madison County. The county lawyer told 24-Hour News 8 it’s because Thompson is breaking too many rules, laws and ordinances; Thompson has no water, no sewer and no electricity in his recreational trailer that he calls home.
