Indiana resident facing eviction plans move

(Dec.15, 2010) -- A man who is living in his RV in Alexandria, Ind., faces eviction for breaking local laws and has his property up for sale.

ALEXANDRIA, Ind. – WISH is reporting 72-year-old Dick Thompson’s fight may soon be over — his land is up for sale.

Thompson faced eviction from his 38 acres in Madison County. The county lawyer told 24-Hour News 8 it’s because Thompson is breaking too many rules, laws and ordinances; Thompson has no water, no sewer and no electricity in his recreational trailer that he calls home.
