IA: Waterloo pushing to restore parking ordinance

(April 20, 2017) -- plan to regulate residential parking may move ahead despite disagreements over restrictions on campers, boats and other recreational vehicles.

WATERLOO, Iowa — A plan to regulate residential parking may move ahead despite disagreements over restrictions on campers, boats and other recreational vehicles.

A majority of Waterloo City Council members said this week they were anxious to adopt an ordinance governing where and on what surfaces vehicles may be parked on residential lots.
