ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — We finally made it to our first major destination on this stretch of the journey! We pulled into Albuquerque with hopes of exploring the old town and historic Route 66. Enchanted Trails RV Park was a great launching point for the adventure.
We camped here for three nights in late June. The temps were hot as heck during the days – but, the pool gave us some reprieve. Evening temps dropped into the 70s.
This campground has lots of pull through, full hook up sites. The club house offers a laundry facility, rec room, bathrooms with showers and many Route 66 relics.
