GRAND HAVEN, Mich. — An unidentified man was hospitalized after a camper hitch struck his head early Saturday afternoon, the Grand Haven Tribune reported.

The 59-year-old man was trapped under his camper after trying to move his fifth-wheel when the blocks holding up the camper fell out and the tongue of the trailer struck him.
