KELOWNA, British Columbia — Investigators suspect that a camper van that ended up in Okanagan Lake might have been put there on purpose.
Emergency crews responded to a report of a brown, 1984 ford van in Okanagan Lake near the Cook Road boat launch at 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday.
Upon arrival, it was discovered that no one was inside the van, which was approximately 20-25 metres off shore.
