2 Ouachita Parish, La., men arrested for stolen items

(Aug. 8, 2016) -- Two Ouachita Parish, La., men were arrested after they were linked to an investigation of stolen property across the parish.

OUACHITA PARISH, La. — Two Ouachita Parish men were arrested after they were linked to an investigation of stolen property across the parish.

Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Department officials said Matthew L. Brady, of Monroe, and Calvin E. Braswell, of West Monroe, were arrested and charged with four counts of “Illegal Possession of Stolen Things” each and booked into OCC.

Multiple stolen items had been reported missing to the Monroe Police Department including a 1961 Airstream travel trailer, bass boat and jet ski.
