KGNB 1420 AM reports that the money raised will help cover the cost of funeral expenses and help Kitto's college-aged daughter finish school at Texas Tech.
From noon to 5 p.m., BBQ plates will be on sale for $6 at the store. Tyson Foods has donated the chicken, Granzin’s has donated the sausage, Rox Convenience Store has donated the rice and beans, and Heisel’s Rent-All has donated the use of the BBQ pit, reports KGNB 1420 AM.
