SURREY, B.C. -- Commencing immediately, Baja Amigos RV Caravan Tours and Explorer RV Club have formed a strategic alliance providing RVers with the benefit of touring with a unique and superior Baja RV Caravan, and opportunity to enjoy the benefits of Canada’s largest national RV club serving all RVers.
Dan and Lisa Goy have been RVing on Baja since 1985 and their love of Mexico was pivotal in the decision to start Baja Amigos RV Caravan Tours in 2008, said Dan Goy.
Explorer RV Club was founded in 1995 by Joe Martin. Membership in the club offers many benefits including a subscription to RV Gazette, discounts on camping fees and at member dealers, discounts on home, auto, RV insurance, hotel fees and car rentals, and much more. The club also offers a comprehensive emergency road service plan (ERS).
“This strategic alliance provides snowbirds the opportunity of a unique RVing experience on Baja California, a winter destination that’s warmer, safer and less expensive than most campgrounds and RV parks frequented by Canadians and Americans in the southern United States," said Dan Goy. "The Explorer RV Club caters to the needs of all RVers across Canada. Regardless if you own a tent trailer, a million dollar bus conversion, or something in between, they believe that all RVers have the same basic needs. We are pleased to announce that now includes a significant discount on our tours for all members of the Explorer RV Club.”
“Membership in Explorer RV Club includes our magazine, RV Gazette. This magazine is your key to a world of adventure and travel," said club General Manager Marcia Anderson. "At the RV Gazette our objective is simple - to give you what you want. We are truly a readers' magazine and Canada's favourite RV publication. Our commitment is to make every issue better than the last.
"You'll find a sense of shared experiences and a feeling of camaraderie and national pride when you join fellow club members at one of the club-sponsored rallies and campouts held throughout the country," she added. "Baja Amigos RV Caravan Tours is a good fit for our members who want to explore the entire Baja for the first time with a recreational vehicle”.
“Baja Amigos specializes in groups of only 12 RVers and when you add in our 1,000 kilometers of hosted on-tour excursions, this means your experience is more personal, more intimate, and more enjoyable," said Lisa Goy. "Travelling with us is more than just being a client; we treat everyone like good friends. Explorer RV Club and RV Gazette magazine combine a passion for travel, exploration, writing, and photography with a desire to share and showcase the beauty and wonderment of Canada coast-to-coast.
"We share the same goals and enthusiasm for the magnificent peninsula called Baja California, and this strategic alliance strengthens our relationship with the RV community, including Snowbird RVers,” she added.
Baja Amigos RV Caravan Tours offers three 28-day tours in January, February and March, and one 45-day tour in November through mid-December.
