HAMPTON, Ill. -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mississippi River Project is inviting guests to come experience a dramatic reading of Dr. Seuss's famous children's book "The Lorax."
Marsha Johnson will be reciting this exciting tale as part of the many Fisherman's Corner Campground programs presented every Saturday until Labor Day weekend.
Visitors are invited to attend this program at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 28, at Fisherman's Corner Campground Amphitheater, on Illinois 84 just north of Hampton. This program is free of charge and everyone is invited to attend. An adult must accompany children under 12 years of age.
