WACO, Texas -- Evada Cooper, author of the soon-to-be-released RV Centennial Cookbook: Celebrating 100 Years of RVing, will be featured in the launch of her new Internet program "RV Kitchen with Evada Cooper."
The program will air on RVNN.TV, which is Internet TV for the world of recreational vehicles. Cooper is also the co-owner of Mobile RV Academy.
Last Friday was the first episode of Cooper’s program featuring ideas on how to make the RV kitchen work better for RVers.
“My love for RVing and for helping people is what this program is all about,” Cooper explained. “In this episode, I discussed some storage issues with Dave Dufour, the creative director at RVNN.TV, plus I show how we might best maximize the limited space in our RVs.
"Being a past full-time RVer and having a vast amount of experience as a business owner in the food industry, I am very passionate about finding ways to make the RV experience the very best that it can be, especially in the kitchen. In the upcoming weeks, a lot of great information is going to be provided for my listeners," she added.
Soon, this weekly episode follow Cooper and her husband, Terry -- who is a master certified RV technician and instructor -- as they both go shopping for the RV that best suits them and their RV lifestyle. They will be visiting different RV shows, dealerships and manufacturers looking for the kitchen that will catch the eye of the cookbook author.
The Coopers will be going on the RV road this year as full-timers and viewers are invited to watch as they make the transition from traditional housing to taking their home onto the open road.
Terry Cooper, who is also known as the Texas RV professor, has his own weekly Internet show at RVNN.TV called "Ask the Professor." In it, he discusses RV maintenance and answers technical questions given by RV consumers.
He currently teaches RV maintenance at his own online Mobile RV Academy and also teaches the online RV Tech program for Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, Penn. Terry Cooper teaches solar and alternative energy courses at Texas State Technical College in Waco, TX where he has taught for the eight years.
The Coopers also invite the public to look at a new online program that was launched last week at Mobile RV Academy -- RV Maintenance For Ladies.
