WI: Burlington RV seeks general sales manager

RV sales are soaring once again.  Everyday families are finding out about the RV lifestyle and the freedom that owning a travel trailer, fifth wheel, motorhome or even a pop up camper can provide.  RVs are fun to own and fun to sell.

Our dealership is a state of the art facility.  We are a BBB (Better Business Bureau) A+ rated, 50+ year old company with a stellar reputation for quality products, service and customer service that exceeds our competition.

We are currently looking for a dynamic General Sales Manager with sales management/desk management experience in the RV or auto business and a proven successful history.

The sales manager will be responsible for all day to day operations of our growing sales department to include, but not limited to, recruiting, sales training, desking, budgeting, management, and strong negotiating and customer closing.  Candidates must understand the value of process, follow-up, and proper inventory management.

We offer:

  • Very Competitive salary and incentives
  • Health, dental, life and disability insurance
  • 401(k)
  • 5 day work schedule with Sundays off
  • Family RV use
  • A Christian based company with a fun enjoyable work environment
