RV General Store, one of Oklahoma’s fastest growing recreational vehicle dealerships, has an opening for an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience as an F&I producer in either the RV, automotive or marine industries, be a proven performer and possess strong negotiating and closing skills.  Other essential requirements include:  strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professional appearance and demeanor, adherence to standard business ethics, ability to multi-task, proficient in Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of the IDS G2 Dealer Management System is a definite plus.  Strong industry-related references are required and will be checked.  All applicants must complete pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and personality profile.

RV General Store is a family-owned dealership located in Newcastle, OK, on the outskirts of Oklahoma City.  Our winter hours are 9a-5p Monday thru Saturday and during the rest of the season we are open until 6pm, so with a five-day work week this is a position that allows for excellent work-life balance.   The incentive-based compensation plan is a legitimate six-figure opportunity for the successful candidate.
