Treasure Coast Area Manufactured Home Community & RV Resort is seeking a full-time property manager. The right candidate has a minimum of two years residential property management/sales/leasing and five years of RV resort experience .
Strong written and oral communications skills are required along with customer service skills, a valid driver’s license and clean criminal record. Knowledge of PARCS system and swimming pool operations is also helpful.
Duties will include leasing, reservations, marketing and maintaining occupancy, rent collections and posting, bank deposits, tenant/resident relations, community inspections, enforcing community guidelines, evictions, overseeing maintenance staff and maintaining an attractive resort/community.
Salary is based on experience. The position includes health insurance and a 401k.
