Winnebago outlines open house display

FOREST CITY, Iowa — Winnebago Industries will welcome dealers to the Elkhart Open House event at their facilities at 201 14th Street in Middlebury, Ind., Sept. 16 to 18.  Open house hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, and from 9 a.m. until noon on Thursday.

Every Winnebago trailer and fifth wheel model will be on display at this event.  In addition, the company will be introducing four new models, including:

Ultralite 31RLSS Travel Trailer

  • Rear living room with an 86-inch sofa
  • Bedroom slide
  • Big 48-inch shower with glass door

Ultralite  30RESS Travel Trailer

  • Rear entertainment center
  • Bedroom slide
  • Big 48-inch shower with glass door

Latitude 37BH Fifth Wheel

  • Bunk house floorplan with opposing slides
  • Bath and a half
  • Outside kitchen
  • Bunk room entertainment center with 39” TV
  • Flip up bike rack option

Destination 37FL Fifth wheel

  • Five-slide front living room with opposing sofas
  • Theater seating
  • 55-inch curved screen smart TV with 3D
  • Large bedroom with walk around king bed

In addition to the new models the company will be introducing:


  • New Platinum Minnie with gel coat fiberglass.
  • New stainless steel package on the Ultralite travel trailers and Voyage fifth wheels.

Lunch with be served Tuesday and Wednesday from 1 to 3 p.m. featuring a hog roast on Tuesday and Nelson’s barbeque chicken on Wednesday.

The Winnebago Towables production facilities will be open for self-guided tours throughout the open house event for the opportunity to interact with employees that build the units.
