Valterra acquires Minder Research

Valterra acquires Minder Research

MISSION HILLS, Calif. — Valterra Products announces the acquisition of Minder Research, a supplier specializing in wireless tire pressure monitoring systems for recreational vehicles and automotive applications. Minder also offers temperature monitoring systems for Agricultural, Commercial and Residential markets.

Chuck Fleischer and Debbie Druien, co-owners of Minder Research, will continue to support Valterra in the growth of the Minder business as well as the Minder Research Customer Support and Operations Team. Fleischer, Druien and the entire Minder team will continue to operate from the Stuart, Florida, location.
