Trigano buys controlling state in Auto-Sleepers

(Jan. 10, 2017) -- The French motorhome manufacturing company, the Trigano Group, has bought a controlling stake in the British motorhome and campervan maker, Auto-Sleepers, as well as in the UK motorhome dealer network, Marquis Leisure

BOURNE, England — The French motorhome manufacturing company, the Trigano Group, has bought a controlling stake in the British motorhome and campervan maker, Auto-Sleepers, as well as in the UK motorhome dealer network, Marquis Leisure

The deal makes Trigano the majority shareholder in Auto-Sleepers Investments (ASI) the mother company of Auto-Sleepers and Marquis.

Trigano already owns British brands Auto-Trail, Roller Team and Tribute, as well as Chausson, Mobilvetta and Benimar, which are all sold in the UK.
