Torklift imposes new retail pricing policy

SUMNER, Wash. — Torklift International reminds dealers they have roughly one more week left to sign up for the resale pricing policy (RPP) before it goes into effect April 15.

“This policy is being put into place to protect product integrity and dealer margins,” explained Torklift International General Manager Jay Taylor. “By logging onto our website and registering for the program dealers can review the policy, dealer agreement and see what the minimum resale price (MRP) is for each product.”

Once the policy goes into effect on April 15, dealers who choose to sell the Torklift products below the MRP could be put on the “do not sell” list and would lose access to the specific Torklift products.

To sign up for the Torklift International RPP, visit Register online and a dealership account will be created within one business day. Once that dealership account is approved and verified by the Torklift International policy administrator, the dealer receives an e-mail reminder to login. At that point, the dealer can review the RPP, authorized dealer agreement and the MRP necessary to comply with in order to maintain their status as an authorized Torklift dealer.
