  1. We brought a Jayco eagle 2016 about 6 months ago it has been in the shop to repair 31 items so far from the day we brought it August 10 2016 ,we are retired and 74 years old and we like to travel ,but we can’t not because the trailer is in the shop for repairs. This trailer should have not left Jayco manufacturers is unsafe do to wires just hanging out in the storage area, bare wire in the back I have a list that is so long and also it is a fire hazard about to happen.I talked to RIVA and they said the same thing. From day one we wanted a new trailer for this defective trailer, but nobody will listen. So we are writing to you.We think this trailer was a unfinished trailer. My number is 808-937-0835 I lived in Texas.

    • My wife and I purchased a Jayco Jayflight Elite in February of 2017. Unit arrived. Dealer called and informed us the unit was ready for pickup. We went for the orientation and at the same time did our inspection. Found 17 deficiencies. About 6 weeks later the problems were not fixed. Cancelled order. I don’t think that this company is capable of producing a quality product as their in house quality control is terrible. Will never consider buying a Jayco product again.
