Society of Certified RV Professionals event to promote certification

FAIRFAX, Va. — The Society of Certified RV Professionals will host a special event at the 2017 RV Dealers International Convention/Expo on November 6 from 5:15 – 6:30 p.m. The event is designed to recognize and promote professional certification in the RV industry. The program also includes an educational component and a networking reception.

The event will lead off by recognizing several individuals who have maintained their professional certifications for many years and were selected as this year’s recipients of the Society’s convention/expo scholarship. Thanks to the support of Prime Time and Northern Wholesale, scholarship recipients will each receive a jacket and gift bag.

Following the awards, Barlow will present “Make Your Brand Come Alive in Your Service” During this energizing session, Janelle Barlow will offer a quick walk through on how to enhance your reputation by making sure it is aligned with your service delivery. Barlow is a business person, a best-selling author, a speaker, and a consultant for the past 30 years to some of the world’s leading corporations. Janelle is passionate about customer service, branding, and complaint handling and the strategic intersection of these concepts.

The Society’s reception is sponsored by Protective. All registered attendees are invited. To register for the convention/expo or to learn more about the program, go to the convention website at RVDA.
