SmartPlug selects ARC to rep product to RV market

SEATTLE — SmartPlug Systems announced that ARC Representation and Consulting now represents its innovative line of safe and smart shore power electrical equipment nationwide. The rep group specializes in the RV market.

“ARC is renowned for helping dealers sell more product through education and improved merchandising,” said Tony Barber, SmartPlug Systems CEO. “We’re confident they’ll strengthen SmartPlug brand awareness among RV professionals and consumers alike.”

Founded in 2014 by managing partner Raymond Padgett, ARC intentionally limits the number of lines it carries. It selects suppliers based on four criteria: quality products, superior customer service, integrity and dedication to the retail customer. Its website is www.arcnow.net.

The revolutionary SmartPlug replaces outdated and often troublesome twist-type inlets and connectors. With double-sided locking clips and an asymmetrical shape, it’s easier to use, the release noted.

Its unique plug sleeve design allows the assembled plug and inlet to absorb the force of an impact. There is no load or stress on the electrical connection. With more metal-to-metal contact, it provides greater protection against resistance and overheating — the leading causes of power failure and fires.
