Six Prime Time brands win quality circle awards

WAKARUSA, Ind. — In a ceremony kicking off the 2015 RVIA trade show in Louisville, Ky., held Dec. 1-3, 2015, the Recreation Vehicle Dealers’ Association (RVDA) presented Prime Time Manufacturing with the Quality Circle Award for the sixth consecutive year.

The DSI survey, which determines the Quality Circle Award winners, rates manufacturers’ performance in four core areas: vehicle reliability/quality, parts support, warranty support and sales. All six Prime Time brands eligible for the award – Avenger, Crusader, LaCrosse, Sanibel, Spartan, and Tracer – were recognized for scoring 80 percent or above in overall dealer satisfaction as measured by RVDA’s Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey.

“We sincerely thank our valued dealer-partners for honoring us with this prestigious award. It’s definitely a huge honor for our employees and there is great pride knowing that we’ve remained perfect in winning the award every year since we started the company,” commented Prime Time Manufacturing President Jeff Rank. “However, 2016 is going to be even better. We are implementing several initiatives company-wide designed to raise the bar on quality and service to a much higher level.”
