Siblings turn vintage trailers into unique hotel

VENTURA, Calif. — If you are into vintage trailers and vacations in Ventura, Waypoint Ventura offers a new take on hotels, reported the Ventura County Star.

Waypoint Ventura boasts several selling points, such as fire pits and close proximity to the beach, but the city’s newest hotel has one particularly unique feature: Every room is a refurbished trailer.

The 16 rooms at Waypoint Ventura, located at 398 S Ash St., range from vintage 1940s trailers to comparably modern Airstreams, all of which have been fully restored and uniquely styled. The business has already begun fielding guestroom requests for Ventura-bound vacationers and locals alike.
