BOLOGNA, Italy — Tecnoform S.p.A., an Italian furniture supplier in the U.S. RV and marine industries, recently announced the sudden, and unexpected, passing of its 57-year-old CEO, Roberto Kerkoc.
Kerkoc, the managing director of the firm founded by his father, Federeco Kerkoc, in 1965, passed away August 1 in Bologna.
“Kerkoc was a competent, professional and dedicated leader to Tecnoform S.p.A. constantly putting a lot of effort into the company development, the employee’s and coworkers’ well-being, and the entire social context of the Bologna province,” reported the management of Tecnoform in a press release.
Frank Hugelmeyer, RVIA President, stated, “RVIA mourns the passing of our dear friend Roberto Kerkoc, chief executive officer of Tecnoform, an Italian-based supplier of furniture and wood products to the RV industry. In addition to his inspiring work at Tecnoform, he was a gregarious ambassador for our industry, promoting RV travel and camping globally, as well as a dedicated member, enthusiastically giving his time and support to RVIA. We greatly appreciate his contributions to the RV industry and extend our deepest condolences to his family and friends.”
