FAIRFAX, Va. — From following required procedures to determining employee eligibility, employers need to understand complicated aspects of the Family and Medical Leave Act to comply, the RV Dealers Association said today.
The Mike Molino RV Learning Center, through a partnership with KPA, will tackle these issues and more in a webinar at noon ET May 15. RV dealers’ participation in the free, live event helps support the Learning Center’s development of new programs. Register at the KPA by clicking here.
KPA’s Kathryn Carlson will explain the intricacies of FMLA and how it interacts with COBRA, ADA, and more. This webinar will cover eligibility, employer responsibilities, as well as overlapping state and federal laws. Carlson is KPA’s vice president for HR management products.
