RVDA of Alberta deems golf tournament a success

ALBERTA, Canada — The RVDA of Alberta Golf Tournament has been deemed a great success.

The golf tournament drew 120 members to play. And, the event hit a new fund-raising record with raising $5,755 for our charity the Kids Cancer Care Foundation due to the extremely generous support of members, volunteers and sponsors.

“I would like to thank Carrie Nelson and Karen Renaud, who did exceptional job and organizing this event, as well as our members who took time out of their busy schedule and dug deep to support our charity,” reported Dan Merkowsky, executive vice president of the RVDA of Alberta

He added, “We look forward to seeing you all at our AGM in Canmore October 1st and 2nd and next year at our annual golf tournament on August 8th at Alberta Springs Golf Course.”
