RV supplier explains business six years after recession

ELKHART, Ind. — Currently the unemployment rate in Elkhart County is around 5-percent compared to 15-percent in 2008, according to The Elkhart Truth. The RV industry has a huge presence in Elkhart County and in 2013 shipped more than 321,000 units. That number has nearly doubled since 2009.

United Shade is a window treatment supplier for the RV industry. The company is under Dicor Corporation and six years after the recession the RV supplier is seeing growth unlike anything it has experienced before, The Elkhart Truth reported.
