SUN CITY, Ariz. — RV Daily Report announced today that it has created a separate news category for stories involving RV companies and RV owners outside the United States and Canada.
“It is becoming apparent to me that, based on the number of press releases we are receiving every month, that RV Daily Report’s reach is expanding overseas,” said Editor Greg Gerber. “That is especially true of Europe and Australia.”
Although RV Daily Report has been publishing international stories for years, some readers have complained lately that the increasing volume of overseas stories has caused confusion in that people assume the stories are about North American business and people, he explained.
“Creating the international news category will allow our overseas readers to zero in on stories that will likely be of more interest to them, while allowing our readers in the United States to focus on articles of a more local nature,” said Gerber.
The international section will appear in the newsletter below campground news and above product news. Readers can also access all international stories by clicking on the International news link at the top of every webpage at rvdailyreport.com.
Overseas companies can continue sending press releases and stories to firstname.lastname@example.org. They will be published the same day they are received.
“Those of us living in America often forget that the RV industry really does extend beyond our borders,” said Gerber. “There is a vibrant, well-established RV industry in several other countries. In fact, the largest RV show in the world takes place each September in Dusseldorf, Germany. The caravan industry is exploding in Europe, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Japan and China.
“I think it is essential that RV Daily Report include stories about these markets as well so that American companies can capitalize on expansion opportunities, and American RVers see how their fellow travelers enjoy he RV lifestyle in their own countries,” he explained.
