GILBERT, Ariz. — RIGID Industries, known for its torture-tested LED lighting for the off-road, powersport, marine and off-highway industries, has launched its completely redesigned website, www.rigidindustries.com.
The new RIGID website lets users quickly and easily find the light they’re looking for. It allows users to search for lights by series, shape and beam pattern, features downloadable installation manuals and integrates its Viewpoint™ technology into every product page, which allows users to compare light outputs by using lab-generated data from each light and projecting it into a three-dimensional, simulated scene.
“The first thing visitors will notice is the website’s new user interface design, but it goes beyond a visual upgrade,” said Edwin Ludwig, digital marketing manager. “The infrastructure and architecture were overhauled, and the data was totally rebuilt.”
The new website offers a curated product selection tool, which uses visual guides to arrive at a particular product. From there, users can filter by attributes such as bar length and housing color and are provided with enhanced product information and merchandising on product detail pages.
The intuitive navigation also extends to RIGID’s line of wires and switches, light covers and iconic grille mounts, where users can shop by vehicle type and light location.
“We’ve seen a definite uptick in online transactions since the launch of the new website,” said Dave Dixon, RIGID president. “Our efforts to improve data and navigation for our customers are paying off, as users have been able to find the products they need more efficiently.”
