REV Group names Tom Phillips as COO

REV Group names Tom Phillips as COO

MILWAUKEE, Wis. — REV Group is pleased to announce that Tom Phillips has rejoined the company as chief operating officer (COO) effective April 1.

As COO, Phillips will work closely with the company’s business units to ensure that they are executing on the company’s key supply chain, quality, cost and new product initiatives in order to delight our dealers and customers.

Since his return from retirement, Phillips has already been working in conjunction with our finance and business leaders to identify opportunities for further growth, profitability and customer service.

Phillips will assume many of the duties of Marcus Berto, executive vice president, who was terminated by the company effective March 26, due to personal conduct inconsistent with the company’s policies. Berto’s termination was not related to the company’s business, operations, financial performance, outlook or financial reporting.

“I am excited to have Tom back on the REV team full time,” said Tim Sullivan, CEO of the REV Group. “We all look forward to working with Tom to continue on our strong trajectory of growth.”

  1. I purchased a 2017 Vesta 31U October 2017. So far I have had interior molding falling off, graphics peeling, missing luggage compartment locks missing (the dealer said it does not come with locks), the rear roof cap is now cracking to where the water could get in and now the electric awning came out during driving. I have notified REV Group about these and have had NO response. I have called and emailed and all I get is “let me check into this”. I have been contacting the Customer Service at the Corporate Level. I am so disapointed with Holiday Rambler. I purchased HR because of there reputation. Boy was I wrong. I would like things to be the way they are supposed to be. I would like to get my confidence back with Holiday Rambler. I was so proud when I drove this unit home. I would hope Tom Phillips will bring back the consumer confidence back.

  2. I just heard back from Amy at REV Group and they will not do anything about the fiberglass cracking on the Holiday Rambler Vesta 31U motorhome. This motorhome is only 18 months old!
