Product helps deaden sound, insulate RV

(April 9, 2014) -- Silent Running’s product, SR CAR, has teamed up with Temp-Coat Brand Products to introduce SR CAR Sound and Thermal Spray Kit, a two-part spray system that quickly and easily helps both deaden sound and thermally insulate a car or RV, the company reported today.

EAST HAVEN, Conn. — Silent Running’s product, SR CAR, has teamed up with Louisiana based company, Temp-Coat Brand Products, to introduce SR CAR Sound and Thermal Spray Kit, a two-part spray system that quickly and easily helps both deaden sound and thermally insulate a car or RV, the company reported today.

The SR CAR Sound and Thermal Spray Kit is simple. First spray on SR CAR to all interior surfaces users want to cover such as the generator compartment, firewall, wheel wells, door panels, trunk and storage compartments. Then spray on the thermal spray over SR CAR to complete the project.

Silent Running is a high performance, viscoelastic coating used to dampen vibration and reduce unwanted noise.  SR CAR can easily be sprayed, rolled on, or painted to wheel wells, rocker and door panels, trunks, firewalls, and all interior surfaces for a quiet ride, the release noted.

The product is manufactured and distributed in the United States, and there are many kits to choose from in order to accurately help a specific project.
