Podcast 110: Todd Vice and Walex

Fusion June 2016 160x600This week’s guest is Todd Vice, the RV and marine sales manager at Walex, a company headquartered in Leland, N.C.

Walex products can be found in just about every RV dealership and even in some big box stores, too. It’s a very impressive operation in that the company can produce as many packages as it does from a relatively small production area.

The staff mixes chemicals and wraps them into little packets that are designed to dissolve in water, but strong enough to throw at a wall without breaking.

Vice describes some of the new products the company has developed in recent years and the specific problems they are designed to address.

In the RV industry, Walex offers industrial strength cleaner and degreaser, holding tank treatments to break down waste, hand sanitizer, odor control products for black and gray water tanks, and an odor control spray that freshens air, carpets and fabrics.

He also describes some of the other industries in which Walex is involved as a major player.
