NHTSA, RVIA to host another recall seminar in Elkhart

RESTON, Va. — The RV Industry Association and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will host another seminar to focus on recalls after a general review of NHTSA rules and regulations.

The event takes place May 2 starting at 8:30 a.m. at the RV/MH Hall of Fame.

Interested parties are invited, particularly those who have compliance responsibilities and those who want or need to know more about the NHTSA recall process. This seminar will be very helpful to supplier members, the release suggested.

The seminar will be presented by a panel in an easy-to-understand and conversational “case study” format.

Presenters will include industry compliance veterans, legal staffs, and Bruce York, with NHTSA, via video link.

An agenda and registration information will be forthcoming, RVIA noted.
