Nexus RV buys new facility

ELKHART, Ind. — Nexus RV has purchased a new 27,000 square foot facility for pre-delivery inspection and camping simulation prior to delivery to dealerships. The building is located at 2994 Paul Drive, Elkhart, Indiana, which was the previous Battista location.

“Each and every unit we build goes through a camping simulation which takes around four hours to complete,” said Claude Donati, co-founder of Nexus RV.

“With the increase in volume we are going to experience, we want to make sure this process continues to assure the best product possible upon delivery. Spending seven years selling to customers, we understand the importance of building a high quality unit and making sure all systems are functioning,” Donati continued.

The facility will also handle the dispatching of units and any on-site service work needed.
