N.Y.: Entrepreneur turns trashed trailers into treasures

(Oct. 3, 2018) -- Hasz, of Washingtonville, in Orange County, has been restoring old trailers and turning them into mobile bars and photo booths that are perfect for weddings, parties, and events. Her passion has since segued into a business, Hudson Trailer Co.

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. — Suzanne Hasz is living proof that one person’s trashed trailer is another’s treasure.

Hasz, of Washingtonville, in Orange County, has been restoring old trailers and turning them into mobile bars and photo booths that are perfect for weddings, parties, and events. Her passion has since segued into a business, Hudson Trailer Co.

“It actually started out as a personal challenge for myself,” says Hasz, who wanted to turn a vintage trailer into a mobile bar for her backyard.
