More embezzlement charges filed in Sooner RV case

PURCELL, Okla. — McClain County prosecutors added three more counts of embezzlement to eight already filed against Regina K. Clark, a partner in the now defunct Sooner RV, the Purcell Register reported.

With the new charges, Clark is alleged to have stolen more than $334,495 from the sale of recreational vehicles consigned to Sooner RV, the paper noted. With the exception of two instances, all of the embezzlements reportedly occurred in a three-month period from August through November 2014.

In addition, a new civil lawsuit was filed last week in McClain County District Court against Sooner RV, Clark and her estranged husband, Brett Clark.
