Mission Management Systems partners with Big Rig Media

(Oct. 24, 2017) -- Mission Management Systems, owners of Astra Campground Manager, RV Parky and Book Your Site Software is teaming up with Big Rig Media at the upcoming ARVC Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo this November in Raleigh, North Carolina.

ONTARIO, Canada – Mission Management Systems, owners of Astra Campground Manager, RV Parky and Book Your Site Software is teaming up with Big Rig Media, a leading RV park web development and growth marketing firm, at the upcoming ARVC Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo this November in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Their purpose: to offer an unsurpassed suite of online services that help RV Campground owners grow and sustain business, while preventing online intrusion.

According to Peter Kearns, vice president and co-founder of Mission Management, RV park owners are struggling to find a cohesive way to automate online marketing for their businesses, while also managing online reservations safely and efficiently.

“The challenge is finding a suite of online services that work together seamlessly, and are designed by reputable and knowledgeable professionals who understand the changing times,” Kearns states.

He adds, “Mom-and-pop RV campgrounds who once served a leisure group of retirees, are giving way to an increasingly more active and tech-savvy group of RV travelers who span all ages. We are at the cutting-edge of these technologies to answer to that need.”

RV park owners are also in a constant search for experts in the industry whom they can trust. Many companies in the industry have come and gone, causing clients to have to start over and navigate their next steps.

Mission Management Information Systems and its suite of online reservation and campground management products have established a 23-year history in the industry. As RV park owners themselves, they are keenly aware of the growing needs and challenges RV park owners face.

Campground owners are encouraged to research the history and track record of software and web development companies before making a selection by asking the following questions.

  • Is the company of interest a generalist, or a specialist in the RV park industry?
  • How long have they been in business? What type of online reviews do they have?
  • What does their own company website look like? It’s important to maintain ownership of your business, your website domains and financials, and to team up with companies who also clearly understand their role.
