Meyer Distributing to carry Advent air conditioners

JASPER, Ind. — Meyer Distributing has partnered with Advent, a trusted and dependable name in the RV air conditioner market, Jason Lents, Meyer RV and towing sales manager, announced today.

“We are excited about the opportunity this brings to our customer base, as warmer temperatures have arrived,” said Lents. “The Advent air conditioner line further enhances our RV portfolio, making high quality and durable air conditioning products available to our customers at a competitive price.

“Advent air conditioners are in stock and available for immediate shipping now, so please contact  your experienced and trusted Meyer RV representative today,” he added.

“The RV segment remains a primary focus for Meyer Distributing,” said Cody Ziegler, Meyer national sales manager. “We are committed to making the continued investment necessary to bring in product lines our dealers are asking for.

“The vast majority of RV dealers already buy a good deal of product from us, the addition of Advent will further enhance those opportunities,” he explained. “Advent offers a ‘hassle free warranty’ which benefits dealers tremendously and goes hand-in-hand with the outstanding customer service our Meyer RV sales team strives for daily.”

“We, at ASA Electronics, are excited to have Meyer Distributing carry our line of Advent air conditioners. Given their national reach, Meyer has the ideal distribution model to make our partnership even more successful. We appreciate their drive and reputation that allows us to give dealers confidence in the products and services that we offer,” said Rick Carver, ASA Electronics RV aftermarket sales manager.

  1. I wonder how long it will take before Dometic tries to buy or sue Advent. If they can’t win at one, they seem to try the other to eliminate competitive products and pricing.
