
GOSHEN, Ind. — Goshen City Council members Tuesday got the ball rolling on a land annexation request that if approved could lead to the construction of a major multi-facility development by Lippert Components, reported Goshen News.
During the meeting, council members approved a request by Lippert Components Inc. to begin the process of annexation for an approximately 150-acre parcel of land located at 16629 C.R. 36 on the city’s south side.
According to Mark Brinson, community development director for the city, Lippert officials plan to use the property as the location of a new manufacturing facility focused on light manufacturing, research and development with the potential for multiple facilities at the site.
