Thanks to their valued dealer and supplier partners and a lot of plain old-fashioned hard work and willingness to work together to solve the daily challenges, Lance has become synonymous with quality and innovation, the company noted in a press release.
“Since 1965, Lance Campers has provided the highest quality and most innovative truck campers possible. From our beginning in North Hollywood, Calif., and the first cab over model, and with moves to larger facilities to accommodate our growth — first to Pacoima, Calif., and to our current state of the art facility in Lancaster — our goal is and remains the same, to build the highest quality product possible,” said Jack Cole, president and CEO.
“Although Lance has always been known as the leader in truck camper manufacturing, since the introduction of ultra-light travel trailers in 2009, our trailers have become the fastest selling models in the $20,000 to $30,00 price range, enjoying 53 percent growth in the first quarter of this year,” he added. “With the introduction of the all new toy haulers, we have demonstrated the ability to adjust to consumer demand and market conditions, while staying true to our brand, true to our customers and committed to our dealer business partners.”
Bob Rogers, director of marketing, said the company is also very proud to have earned its 12th RV Dealers Association DSI Quality Circle Award at the National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky. The firm also received RVDA’s Sue Caldwell Memorial Award for outstanding achievement in membership recruitment for adding members to RVDA’s membership ranks during 2013.
“We are working very hard to earn our 13th DSI Quality Circle Award this year,” said Rogers.
