K-Z receives 2017 Quality Circle Award

SHIPSHEWANA, Ind. – K-Z was recently awarded the 2017 RVDA Quality Circle Award. The announcement was communicated by Phil Ingrassia, president of the National RV Dealers Association.

Aram Koltookian, K-Z president, stated, “I am pleased to witness our current and new dealer partners recognize that K-Z is growing and getting stronger, while we continue to maintain our core values of quality, fairness, courtesy and integrity.”

The official announcement was made at the first RV Industry Awards Celebration, held during this year’s National RV Trade Show, held in Louisville, Kentucky.

“The best part of this recognition,” Koltookian continued, “is that we at K-Z know we have even more to offer in the way of innovation, quality improvements and customer service.”

“Dealers grade manufacturers in many categories, but reliability, quality, parts and warranty are what matters most to our end users. That’s what keeps K-Z customers happy and returning to K-Z,” Koltookian concluded.

“Receiving the Quality Circle Award and continuing to be regarded so highly by our dealer body is quite an honor”, reinforced Marlene Snyder, K-Z VP of sales and marketing.

Snyder added, “This is the 17th year K-Z has been chosen to receive this award. I speak for our whole company when I say ‘Thank You’ to our dealers. K-Z has earned more continuous years of towable Quality Circle Awards than any other towable manufacturer.

K.Z., Inc., a subsidiary of Thor Industries, Inc., is headquartered in Shipshewana, Indiana, and was founded in 1972 on the principles of quality, fairness, courtesy and integrity.

K-Z produces several widely-recognized brands of recreational vehicles, including Connect, Durango, Sportsmen, Sportster, Spree, Sidewinder and Venom, in addition to products offered by Venture RV and Livin’ Lite. For more information concerning K-Z and its products, please visit

  1. We are on our second K.Z. 5th wheel. Both have been for full time living. The first one was a 2001 Ultra which never had a problem. We have had many since then but we went back to full time living and bought a Durango the first of the year and just love it, no real problems.
It’s great to see that KZ was awarded this award.
