Gulf Stream gets good feedback on Kingsport, TrailMaster lines

(Oct. 6, 2011) -- “We’re using residential-inspired designs and the Gulf Stream reputation for efficient, cost-effective production to bring entry-level trailer buyers the kind of richness and eye appeal never before available at this price point," Ryan explained.

The warm, inviting color palette and interior décor of the modestly-priced Kingsport 321TBS, delivers high-end style without the high price tag.NAPPANEE, Ind. — In response to inquiries about the 2012 Kingsport and TrailMaster travel trailers from Nappanee, Ind.-based Gulf Stream Coach, General Manager Sean Ryan provided an explanation of how the high level of content and perceived value was built into the 2012 product line.

“We’re using residential-inspired designs and the Gulf Stream reputation for efficient, cost-effective production to bring entry-level trailer buyers the kind of richness and eye appeal never before available at this price point,” Ryan explained. “When customers step inside a Kingsport like the 321TBS we featured at the recent Elkhart Manufacturers’ Show, they see many elements that are featured on popular cable TV home style shows and in high-end residential construction across the country.

“Recent retail feedback has convinced us that our Kingsport and TrailMaster dealers can expect to surpass their sales expectations at upcoming Fall and Spring shows,” he added.

“Wood-grain flooring and sculptured solid-surface countertops are featured in most new-home construction; that’s why we knew they would be ‘must-have’ options for so many buyers,” Ryan said. “Solid wood and frosted-glass cabinet doors signal quality and luxury; that’s why we’ve included them. Breakthroughs in materials enable us to offer furniture with a plush look and soft ‘hand’ that provide outstanding wear in our demanding camping environment.

“When it comes to details, our features read like a homeowner’s wish list: Nickel toned cabinet hardware, a high-arching kitchen faucet, full-extension drawers with ball-bearing guides, pleated window shades, a decorative kitchen backsplash, flat-screen high-definition multi-source video – even an MP3 port for surround-sound music,” he explained.

“Retail customers looking for an attractively-priced conventional travel trailer will discover that the Kingsport and TrailMaster brands have definitely raised the bar – and they can raise their expectations,” said Ryan. “We will continue to help fulfill those high expectations with our industry-leading 2-year warranty.”
