MIDDLEBURY, Ind. — Grand Design Recreational Vehicle Company today announced the opening of its state-of-the-art customer care center.
This new 125,000-square-foot multi-functional facility is staffed to service Grand Design’s growing retail customer base. The new customer care facility houses Grand Design’s customer care specialists, parts distribution center, and includes an on-site repair center complete with a full-service lounge for Grand Design customers.
“At Grand Design we strive for nothing less than customers for life and our new customer care center will help us continue to provide the best customer service possible,” said Don Clark, president and CEO of Grand Design RV. “Because of the incredible response from retail customers in the marketplace for all Grand Design brands, we made this investment in our infrastructure to fuel our continued growth.
“Growing responsibly and investing in our customers experience after the sale is one of the cornerstones that distinguishes us from the typical RV manufacturer,” he added. “Whether it’s the timely distribution of parts or the comfort of our customers while their unit is being serviced, we are committed to exceeding our customer’s expectations.”
“In addition to our state-of-the-art customer care center, we are currently completing a full-service campground that is slated to open late this summer for our service customer’s convenience,” added Clark.
