New RV warranty program now available

COLUMBIA, Ky. – Michael Neal, executive vice president of Brown & Brown of KY Inc. and Jon Anderson, senior vice president of American Guardian Warranty Services, have announced a new and innovative warranty program to the RV sector.

Endless Protection, powered by USA Travel Care, brings about a fully insured A-rated product warranty that not only drives new sales into your dealership but also creates a stream of service revenue for a RV dealer’s service center with annual required factory and dealership maintenance.

Jon Anderson of American Guardian Warranty Services stated, “Our goal was to create the RV industry’s strongest warranty marketing tool for our dealers and combine it with Brown & Brown of KY’s unsurpassed RV training programs and nationwide agent servicing team for easy distribution.”

He added, “With Brown & Brown of KY, we will continue to provide exceptional service to our combined clients with the strength and resources of a national platform and the ability to access new markets. Brown & Brown of KY is in complete alignment with our vision of servicing the RV industry and from a cultural, ethical, and values perspective. This will allow us to continue to grow with our clients.”

Michael Neal of Brown & Brown of KY states, “We are excited that through discussions with American Guardian, we can now offer a product to our dealers with the goal of increasing their revenue and sales.”

Endless Protection, powered by USA Travel Care, will pay for repairs to the stated and covered components of your travel trailer or motorhome, found in the coverage agreement, for the customer’s ownership period. Customers must follow the maintenance guidelines of the manufacture and the customized maintenance guidelines of their dealer outlined in their agreement.

Endless Protection will compliment USA Travel Care’s current offering of service contracts to RV dealerships with eligibility back to twenty model years old. USA Travel Care is an American Guardian program exclusively distributed by Brown & Brown of KY.

  1. This program is an empty promise as long as the critical shortage of trained technicians exists!!
While on the road I have been repeatedly told there would be a 6 week delay to even be seen!!!!!!
This industry is in desperate need of training programs for maintainance.
Wouldn’t hurt for manufacturers to quit selling units with massive number of problems!!

  2. This proves, as if more evidence was needed, that the primary beneficiaries of RV service policies are the insurance company and the dealer, not the customer. Heck, the RV’r isn’t even mentioned in this press release about a new RV service plan, because there is nothing in this new program for them. Allowing dealers to set their own “customized maintenance guidelines” to create a “stream of service revenue from annual required factory and dealership maintenance” is pretty clearly calculated to suck money from the pockets of policyholders. Either bring your RV in for annual service of the water heater/refrigerator/furnace/whatever or you will be denied warranty coverage on the component if something goes wrong. Buyer beware.
