Former Camping World employee says company didn’t pay enough overtime

Former Camping World employee says company didn’t pay enough overtime

CHICAGO — A former employee has filed a class action lawsuit against Camping World Inc., citing alleged unpaid wages and violation of Workers’ Compensation acts.

Lori LeClaire filed a complaint on behalf of all others similarly situated on March 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois alleging the employer failed to provide adequate compensation to the plaintiff, the Cook County Record reported.

According to the complaint, LeClaire alleges that she worked more than 40 hours without being compensated for overtime, the Cook County Record explained.
