GUERNEVILLE, Calif. — Kevin O’Connell has refurbished multiple trailers, such as the Airstream and a 1955 Aljoa Sportsman, piece-by-piece, inside and out, at Russian River Vintage Travel Trailers in Guerneville, Calif. But isn’t for the money; just the love of vintage trailers, reports the Sacramento Bee.

The Sacramento Bee reports that O’Connell opens the showroom and workshop to the public on most Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and at times draws 200 visitors.

“It’s not really a museum or anything,” he says. “I’m actually working on restoring (the trailers). I’ve got clients as far away as New Zealand.”

But he’s so enamored with the trailers that O’Connell will take the time to show visitors the inner workings and details, such as an original porcelain toilet or white-oak cabinetry, reports the Sacramento Bee.
